No response when contacting them 17 April 2018 Reviewer: Joejones from Ogden Ut. 38 of 75 people found this review helpful We used the site for a year and was fine. Then we contacted them 5 times for a problem nothing back. That was 3 months ago. Save your money or throw it out your car window. Don't join. In summary, I would not recommend Swingular to a friend. Customer Service 21 July 2015 Reviewer: Vinnie from Utah 139 of 276 people found this review helpful Customer service is a joke. never answer calls or return e-mails. had monthly membership and after seeing ad to join lifetime we did. however kept charging us the monthly after we paid the 34.99 supposedly one time fee. actually had to canx our cc to stop them from charging and now since the monthly they couldn't charge our card they canx our membership...... what a scammmmm In summary, I would not recommend Swingular to a friend. Very seldom done or off line, but if you have a problem you are SOL. Very easy to navigate and as private as you want to be In summary, I would recommend Swingular to a friend.
