BeNaughty.com is an oasis of user friendliness. This is the way to design dating websites: simple enough to navigate but with enough features and options to help you get what you want. BeNaughty achieves this through two toolbars. The toolbar at the top of the page takes you to one of 7 key areas of the site which revolve around contacting people, such as “search”, “mail” and “community”, whilst the bottom toolbar keeps you updated on how many messages you have, how many people are active in its forums and how to access its games section. This makes for an uncomplicated but not unsophisticated system which heightens the whole experience of online dating.

Staying informed is another quality of Be Naughty that is often ignored on other sites. You can receive instant updates on site activity or when your profile has been viewed and it will also let you know when someone has winked at you or requested a photo so you’ll never miss the action. The main downside of the site is its price. If only it offered a 12 month package at a discounted rate, we’d be much happier. But it’s certainly not the most expensive site of its kind and in fact its prices are pretty reasonable for the service you get.

Searching profiles on the site can be as simple or complex as you like, ranging from a basic “gender, age, location” search to one with specific details such as hair colour or languages spoken. Members photos tend to be of a high quality and the site is quite stern about what is allowed to appear in them, which means you often get to see the face and body of a member, rather than just a random mass of skin. You can upload photos of up to 8MB each, which is an impressive quality of photo, and although the photos on most profiles aren’t so large, they are often clear and well lit, which means you get a real look at the person who posted them.

BeNaughty.com is available on your mobile/cell phone. Again this seems to suggest a real interest in making sure you’re in the loop on what’s happening with your profile and on the site generally. This means you won’t make the mistake of not replying to a hot member for a few hours, only to find that when you get home and log on they’ve found someone else.

The help and technical support here is substantial, incorporating information as you move through the site but also in a help section and FAQ list. You can find almost all solutions to your problems on the FAQ and, if you’re still stuck, then you can contact the staff directly. The only beneficial extra to their help section might be if BeNaughty could produce help videos to guide you through particular issues as often there can be a lot to read before you quite realise what you need to do.
