The site itself runs ok. We had a dispute on one of their forums and defended ourselves against a personal attack for which we were given an arbitrary 3 day ban from the forum. We contacted the administrators to ask who the data controller was for GDPR purposes and to whom we would write for a Data Subject Access Request as we wanted to understand what the decision making process was. The admins immediately locked us out of the whole account, which we have paid in advance to use. They are obviously not aware that they are obliged by law to provide this information. If they are willing to do this to get round their obligations, what else are they doing with your data? Avoid and if you must use them, don’t pay for the extras…it’s simply not worth it. We will be taking it up with the ICO…other experiences welcome
In summary, I would not recommend Fab Swingers to a friend.
