SexInTheUK.com appears to be a pretty well oiled machine. It’s an approachable, easy to use website with erotic banners and a user-friendly interface.  Searching is an easy process of picking your location, the age and gender of people you are looking for and, well, that’s about it. You can perform an advanced search too, which includes more information on members’ looks and preferences. The problem is, despite how easy this is, you don’t really get many results.

It’s courageous for SexInTheUK to have a UK focus, in competition with the big international adult dating and swinging sites out there, and in some ways this is a great site for people who don’t mind travelling around the UK to find people who might click with them. However, if you’re looking for people in your area then you may be a little disappointed with how many search results you receive. That said, it does suggest other members who might be of interest, whether or not they’re in your area, and given that a lot of members are willing to provide accommodation in other parts of the UK, their distance from you might not necessarily a major issue.  

Creating a profile on SexInTheUK.com is quite a satisfying experience because there are a lot of options and preferences to choose from. You are also able to skip steps should you wish to, which is a great time saver if you’re mainly interested in putting up a photo or two with only minimal personal information. There are also a few security settings which will allow your profile to remain confidential until you’re ready to reveal the details in your own time. These methods include being able to restrict access to your photos and videos to “friends only”.

You can upload photos from your computer or mobile phone, as well as receiving text updates. Chatting is relatively simple too, with an email-style system or instant chat option. You can choose to have pop-ups enabled which will alert you to the activity of members when they want to contact you, or join in group chats in the various chat rooms. The chat rooms have potential to be fun, though there aren’t many of them and they often seem to be empty.

SexInTheUK.com is a fine, but not great, adult dating and swinging website. Its features are appropriate but not innovative or varied, its members are relatively few but have taken the time to make personal profiles. What it needs is more membership, which would no doubt be helped along by a reduction in its membership prices. If you have money to spend and are only interested in meeting people from the UK then SexInTheUK.com might provide the right atmosphere and opportunities for you.
